- AGREEMENT: By using Aedica, you agree to these Terms under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
- NATURE OF SERVICE: Aedica is an information service only. We are not a construction company, employer, or agent. We are not liable for the quality of work or damages caused by Contractors.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, Aedica is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from user interactions. The platform is provided "as is."
- USER RESPONSIBILITY: Homeowners are solely responsible for vetting contractors (insurance, references). Contractors are responsible for legal compliance.
- INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify Aedica against any claims or legal fees arising from your use of the platform or disputes with other users.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All code, design, and data belong to Aedica. Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
- TERMINATION: Aedica reserves the right to suspend any account at any time without notice.
